The Orange Youth Festival (OYF)is a vibrant, multi-day pan-African youth platform celebrating African youth, culture, innovation, and leadership. It provides an immersive and inspiring experience for thousands of young people, showcasing African youth innovation, talents, and fostering a strong sense of community and shared purpose.
The Orange Youth Festival and the Africa We Want Symposium were designed as an integrated program to achieve a dual purpose: energizing and showcasing youth capabilities while empowering African youth to influence policy narratives that shape the continent’s future in alignment with Agenda 2063.
This program directly responds to the calls for action outlined in the Accra Global Youth Workers Statement recommendations, emphasizing the need for unity, collaboration, and immediate implementation of youth-led solutions towards continental development.
