As a youth-led, inclusive platform, The Orange Youth Festival remains non-political and non-religious. Our goal is to create a safe and open space where all voices can be heard, without promoting any political, religious, or ideological agenda.
By registering for or participating in the Orange Youth Festival, all attendees, partners, and contributors agree to the following:
Event Updates and Modifications
The organizers reserve the right to make necessary changes to the festival’s program, speakers, or venues. Any updates will be communicated promptly to all registered participants.
Respectful Conduct
We value mutual respect, diversity, and professionalism. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves responsibly throughout the festival. Disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to removal from the event.
Liability
Participation in the festival is at your own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event, whether caused by accident, theft, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Photography and Media Use
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Images and recordings may be used by OYF for promotional, educational, or informational purposes in print and digital media.
Health and Safety
All participants are required to follow the health, safety, and security guidelines set by the organizers. These measures are in place to ensure a positive and safe experience for everyone.
Data Privacy
Personal details shared during registration will be used solely for event-related communication and organization. We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties unless required by law.
Force Majeure
The Orange Youth Festival team will not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, public emergencies, or other unforeseen events
